gandharva jam

two gandharvans rocking out! this one was wonderful to draw and poopy to animate, but i think it all came out well. when im lucky they move in time to the music im listening to, but only for brief periods.
any way, Gandharva Veda is a branch of the Vedic literature that embodies the integrating and harmonizing values of nature. Gandharva music (also known as classical indian music) is explained to be music that is intune with the laws of nature. it is composed if many ragas or melodies that correspond to different time periods of the day, such as morning, noon, evening, etc. gandharva music resonates with the listeners in a way that enlivens the intelligence inherent. its relaxing and refreshing to hear and equally wonderful to play!
